That I can share how my workload is going and if I am underwater, I am able to reprioritize. Like I said, supportive environment!

It was flexible and I wasn't made to feel bad if a certain time didn't work for me. I was treated like a human being and not just some number.

It is truly an open door policy here! Everyone is accessible to chat with when needed, they help guide and support the team while also rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.
