I love the pace, the ability I have to create and express myself, the freedom I have to build and design great things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and regularly seek feedback. Sometimes at a company level feedback is slow implemented, it is understandable due to the complexities around shaping policies and objectives. The leadership team is open and honest in communication with every level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As for environment, pre-remote work, the workspace is and was very open, collaborative, and enabled us to all work independently while still not feeling disconnected from everyone else. As for culture, we really take steps to make sure all are included and every opinion matters from top down.
