Casual but high pace. Lots of autonomy for those who can deliver.

Improve compensation, increase staffing, stop being so greedy and get things done the right way

I have multiple useless daily meetings and still expected to contribute 8+ hours of billable work daily.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I currently make less than 25% of revenue I generated for the company only including hours billed to customers. Please fix that!

I make the company more revenue in a quarter than I do in a year, and I'm constantly forced to do other people's jobs on top of it.
