Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Existing technical resources are underpaid and the company continues to overpay for new technical resources.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture has been hard to maintain as we have grown larger over the past 6 months. I feel that we need to work harder to maintain the culture we once had.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the people I work with and the unique challenges I encounter on a weekly basis. It's important for me to always be learning new things and SiteTraker offers me that opportunity daily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would feel better about my compensation if it was more in line with industry standards. Many of our development positions pay less than the going rate and I hope we adjust that so we do not lose our top performers to the open market.
