What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually "care" about the staff and their families. It's not corporate talk, but they act on it. They never judge on who you are and you can feel safe about being yourself. I had PTSD from my time in the Marines...no judgement on me and they allowed me to be with my wife after her pregnancy.
