How thorough everyone was, and that I was being interviewed by the CEO and other higher ups
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
raises tend to be hit or miss, my manager recently forgot to put in a raise request until after the quarter was up. i havent received a raise in 2 years
What are some of the best things about your team?
we may all have our own projects we are working on, but we are all here for each other to help. I never feel bad about asking someone to help with my project when they have their own going on since we are all just helpful people
