More structured integration of teams to improve insights into other parts of the organization
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The open layout makes it difficult to isolate interactions. Little consideration for volume, cleanliness, and fostering a community atmosphere.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel anyone at the company is passionate about the product, which is understandable since PM software isn't exactly cutting edge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recruiting wasn't transparent with salary bands and the offer suggested the position was worth much more. Negotiations were uncomfortable despite their apparent desperation for resources.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are among the first to arrive and last to leave every day. They are heavily involved in the recruiting and onboarding process. The CEO makes efforts to engage with each employee individually, laughing and horsing around to intentionally boost morale.
