I am given the freedom to do my job the way I see fit. I have all the autonomy that I need/want.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all hard workers and are dedicated to developing the company and the team. They see hard work and give credit where and when it is due.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with the executive that my team would be under. It was nice to see what his expectations where for the team apart from my future manager's.
