The department I work in has a team that works well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is activity out in the park and seems to consider feedback from guests and employees to make positive changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working here part-time, in a seasonal capacity, I am please that they offer a 401K, the ability to purchase company stock, and that you can earn comp tickets and season passes depending on how many seasons you work there. There are also opportunities to earn free meals and merchandise as well.
