Six Flags Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Most important job experience, given I am over 70, and needed a job (given the economy and the risk of theft of Social Security checks from the US government

It's like a family . Helpfulness

Very friendly and outgoing. Always willing to help

They are very helpful and are there when you need them to be

They are an amazing group of people

They are awesome to work with

They are always there when you need them

I love how they're always there for you if you have questions, and they always try their best to answer your questions completely

My team is great. There are a lot of really great people who don't mind helping when I need it. I really feel like some of us have grown to be like this work family.

Review from Operations Dept

It is always an exciting fun job.

Leadership at the individual park is good they actually listen.

Review from Operations Dept

Accessible and easy to reach

Good customer service and team work

The open door policy, you can go to the supervisor or the director with a problem anytime

Review from Operations Dept

They are flexible with me and understanding

Pretty good scheduler could use some more traing on how to communicate with employess properly

They listen and accommodate our needs at the company

The leadership has open door policy

Review from Operations Dept

They're kind to all of us

Review from Sales Dept

It was all about teamwork among everyone there...from the top guy to the newest hire.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need get better and I got hit twice

Not picking favorites in the department

Review from Operations Dept

Park leadership teams are so busy worrying about corporate goals and are so understaffed and underfunded that they are unable to run an effective operation. Parks are incapable of recruiting strong talent to senior leadership roles due to salary restrictions.

Recognizing the contributions of their supervisors. Instead of looking at them as a cost.

Communication and actually caring about what employees need

Better communication, less yelling at the team members

Actually communicating with workers and maybe no random uas

managers will do anything physically possible to stay in their office and not help or even supervise people working on stage. I honestly do not even know who the highest people in the company are, such as park president, because even they do not want to see their embarrassment of a park

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being more professional and having respect for everyone

Review from Operations Dept

They need to get better at listening to their employees and not just treating them like a number.

Review from Operations Dept

make effort to improve employee moral

Review from Operations Dept

Favoritism is very prominent in my department

Review from Operations Dept

I loved the local leadeship

Treating employees as people and not just assets - difficult to do in the aggregate, but important.

Review from Operations Dept

All opinions are ignored and forget about being promoted because it's all based on favouritism
