Determined to so a good job

Most of the leadership teams are inexperienced at operating businesses, as the only exposure has been within the organization itself. Poor leadership begets poor leadership. My specific team is younger and more eager to learn from external factors, but we face resistance when trying to implement.

Two people who actually understand me and they help me be the best employee I can be.

We all have became friends

We all work well together most of the time couple of bad egg bring the score down but thats normal

There are a select fee i like in the floor. I dont really care for the team leads. Chimdren should not be in charge of adults.
