I was a part time employee, so there was no compensation package, which is understandable.
Their desire to get things done in an effective manner and meet the needs of the guests.
They need to get better at listening to their employees and not just treating them like a number.
I think feeling needed makes me happy. That is the reason I left one department because I do not think my skills were being fully used.
I think that the leadership on the front lines (ie. supervisors) needs to be more positive. There are a lot of write-ups that happen and they are not always necessary.
I liked that they were straight forward with me. They told me on the spot that I passed the initial interview and set up follow up interviews with me that same day.
