Nothing is good about my team, we do not work together and it is alot of favouritism!!!

Leaders, supervisors and management needs to be more respective and care about their workers more because without them, six flags will not be where it is
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I get underpaid especially for the long hours that I work and I do not get benefits, I do not feel appropriated when I do I great job at work I'm not acknowledged for the good things I do
