Each team member has the same end goal although the approach may not be in sync with a successful outcome.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on the customer, the company, hard working honest employees, employees with construction experience and skills, more effective training and include mentoring. Also, more focus on the performance of senior leadership and accountability in effective leadership.
