He needs to get better in every aspect a Manger should have. And those things are leadership,honesty, equality, etc.
I feel undervalued because i bend over backwards and still dont get rewarded with hours manage doesnt care about your mental health or physical health as long as you can get the job done your just a number working there
I got suspended for no reason that I asked why was I getting suspended and I haven’t got no respon
Give us a fair contract
As a PIC/ Freezer Lead, I believe I deserve more hours, especially being the only person in my department. Our produce lead is full time, and has 3 other people in that department. I've worked produce, and it's not as hard as freezer. It's almost like I didn't get a raise cause my hours got cut.

Communication and able to comprehend so much of it lacks in the store and management specially the simple situation can't be solve . Again disapoinment all aroud same with HR allowing toxic workers back in the company after many complains
Develope a work ethic. Managers need to terminate under performing employees to regain the respect of other team members.
There needs to be managers and team leaders that actually help out and be there for the associates. Rather than never be at the store and still get credit for everything.
