In the 18 years, I've been in my professional career, becoming a SmartBug was hands-down the BEST decision I've ever made. They will have to drag me out of here in my wheelchair.

My talents are understood and taken advantage of, I am able to work with a team of people that have strengths where I have weaknesses. We all love what we do and lean on each other to be the best. My life outside of work is always well respected.
