We call ourselves DreamTeam. We always have each other's backs and want to grow as a team, always supporting one another whenever needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and all the processes we have in place make my life so much easier. Working from home is also a big advantage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect. Working in a company where we feel listened to and respected is the most important thing for me and I can 100% see it at SmartBug.

I love how flexible my work days can be, I love that SmartBug helps me pay for my internet and I am excited to start my 401k plan next year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Makes me SUPER happy to know that if I face any challenge in a project that I don't have the answer to, I will have a group of amazing people that would help me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that everyone from every part of the world is welcome and treated with respect. I am from Brazil, and I feel that SmartBug always cares for and values my culture while enhancing one another's experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they truly care about each person on the team and always try to come up with new ways to engage and motivate everyone. Not just that, whenever I needed support, the leadership team was always that to help me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am leaving a dream! My strategist is the best manager ever. She guides me and teaches me something new every single day. The rest of my team is also amazing. Bailey is so smart that sometimes I think she is already a Strategist.
