They are inclusive, open, upbeat, kind and approach each conversation with kindness and joy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited sick time that I can use for Dr. Appointments or taking care of my kid when he's sick.
What makes you most happy at work?
My director - she has instantly become a close friend and I feel lie I can trust he! I've never had that before coming to SmartBug. Also, to see how everyone supports everyone!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How everyone supports everyone! We have a company #shoutout channel on slack and not a day goes by that at least one person doesn't get a shoutout - it's normally multiple! That has to be our most active channel!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never felt more valued and care about than I do at SmartBug. This leadership team truly cares about each and every one of us and I could not be more grateful to be apart of this team.
