What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a tight knit group, and always pitch in to help others when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication. I am able to reach out, whenever, if I ever need to and it is always an "open door" if you will, being remote.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Other than the salary, our unlimited sick time policy. Personally, I don't get sick often, but it is nice knowing that if my spouse/dependent were to get sick my time off of work would be covered and it wouldn't count against my PTO/vacation time.
