Sufficient for the role and experience, however I know it is not fully in line with my counterparts. Meaning, the compensation does not match the scope. But, reasons were provided and I understood what I was accepting.
My direct team is adaptable, creative, self-reliant and open-minded. They are all easy to talk to and also share constructive feedback. They are invested in the direction of the company, their career growth, their clients and the work they do.
Everybody is genuinely invested in the direction of the company. We all want to meaningfully contribute, and everyone wants to help each other out. It is not uncommon (and is becoming more frequent) to discover that "problems" I'm thinking about, my team is thinking about and working on as well.
