I feel that the company, and my role specifically, have undergone some pretty strong growing pains over the last year. With that, I've seen my workload and responsibilities shift a little for the worse, however I'm grateful to be able to call SmartBug my place of employment.

Everyone wants their teammates (as well as their teammates' clients) to succeed.

Transparency surrounding our current state of affairs and their goals/vision for the company's future.

Conversations about compensation are very open, and I feel that I am paid fairly.

They're so smart! And willing to help out, share ideas, expertise, and even their time for a chat.

For a remote company, I feel that we are very close - everyone shares in one another's success.

I'm able to work from literally anywhere in the world (not necessarily compensation, but I'd consider this a benefit)

Their transparency, and their willingness to have open and candid conversations about the company and my future at the company.
