This company is very much "a rising tide lifts all ships". Everyone is ready to raise a hand to offer knowledge or help at the drop of a hat.

Our leadership team is transparent, motivating, and trusts the right people in the right seats to continue to move the company forward, while also being accountable and making tough decisions.

They listen to all of us. If we have pain points, suggestions, or needs they'll listen, and when they can and it's appropriate they implement company-wide adjustments to help everyone.

Part of our culture is for everyone to always be learning. So we have a quarterly certification day where we all get to take the day to focus on professional development. Also, our zoom company chat is always positive.

This is the most open team I've been a part of. And what I mean is, no one withholds information to get ahead. Instead, everyone shares what they've learned and helps everyone avoid mistakes, and be successful. It's such a positive environment that makes the company better.
