Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
A challenging, fast-paced work environment that is balanced out by the fact that we are able to work remotely and more or less design our own schedules to prevent burnout. The people are fantastic, and management cares about the employees.

Everyone is intelligent and great at what they do, and willing to learn.

Working remote while still having a core group of coworkers who are also my friends.

Listens to employees about their individual goals and challenges, and genuinely cares about you as a person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working remote is #1 always. But the best benefit is $100 stipend per month for work related expenses.

When I do incredible work for my clients that helps them be more successful, that makes me most happy.

Our leadership is open to suggestions and I feel as though I can always reach out when I need support or have an issue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've met one of my best friends through SmartBug, and I love my team. They're some of the smartest people I know, and I'm fortunate to work alongside them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is positive, and we're always sharing wins with the rest of the team. Work environment is fast-paced and the work is challenging, but I feel supported by my awesome coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've worked hard at SmartBug, and my hard work has been rewarded through my salary. Of course there are compensation benefits that would be nice to have, such as a tech or office stipend.
