The flexibility of working remotely is wonderful. I love being trusted to do my work and have the freedom to adjust my daily life as needed.

There is a great collaborative spirit on the creative team even though we do most of our work separately. The VP of creative fosters a great culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that leadership is structured so that as we continue to grow, there is always someone we can ask for help and who is keeping an eye on our workload etc.
