There is a lot of support and respect among team members. People respect each other's time/schedules as well as their contributions, making for a supportive and encouraging environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fully committed to company values and to the success of each person on the team. In an all-remote culture, that can be hard to convey, but they do a great job making everyone feel valued and supported.

They set ambitious goals and make it clear how each person can contribute as we work toward those goals. They also put people first, which is a huge reason why the culture is as strong as it is. Knowing that leadership cares about my well-being motivates me to put forth my best effort.
