They are very positive, generous with praise, willing to help when needed, and I've experienced no office politics.

I don't feel undervalued, but for the level of my job and responsibilities, I feel my salary is under market rate.

My salary does not match my job level nor my level of experience, but management is working n a way to fix it.

It's fun to work with a group of high-energy, positive, fun people who are always eager to step in a help and collaborate as a team.

They are always talking to employees to get our feedback on how to improve the company, and they actually take our advice and turn it into actionable corporate initiatives.

Everyone at SmartBug is so positive, supportive, and always willing to help. I think that's why it's so easy for us to do a great job for our clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility of a 100% remote workplace coupled with constant contact with highly motivated, expert team members through Zoom chats and calls makes SmartBug a very fun, exciting, and rewarding environment.

The culture is very positive and free of office politics. We have a unique remote environment that allows us the flexibility to have rewarding careers while balancing family life and personal hobbies.

The ability to work remotely and be flexible enough to handle the demands of family life is key, but I also appreciate company initiatives that foster professional development, DEI, and career growth opportunities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a flexible fully remote work culture that is extremely helpful during this pandemic, but even before that it was helpful to me as a parent because I had time to shuttle my kids around to their various activities and could work around our personal schedules.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is on a constant hunt to not only find innovative ways to improve our business, but also develop new programs and policies to improve our company culture, helping us to grow in our careers, balance work with life, and feel good about who we work for and the work we're doing.
