I've worked at SmartBug for a few years and have seen it evolve as market needs changes, as we've grown bigger and as we've moved from offering standardized offers to truly customized solutions to meet our clients' needs.

I've been at the company for a few years and have seen it grow to be one of the few elite partners in the HubSpot ecosystem. Management has done a solid job in the last couple years in hiring rockstars to help scale the company. This is a highly dynamic and fun place to work.

Freedom to work from home, have a flexible schedule and for the most part, the ability to work with clients that align with our product offering.

Our ability to increase our compensation through upsells which comes through growing relationships with clients. Do good work and find new opportunities for clients and you get compensated fairly.

My coworkers are innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve processes to help our team members and clients. Team members are generous with lending an extra hand and jumping in to provide guidance on client or internal projects.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping clients see ROI on their investment and doing creative work. I would also say what makes me most happy is that I have a lot of autonomy in helping make my clients successful and loads of creative/smart colleagues to bring these ideas to life.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Given that we are a 100% remote company, we have great autonomy to shape our schedule and workday. We have to work a US-based timezone but if you need to take a few hours off to run an errand, pick up a kid from school or just take an occasional half-day, there is never an issue with that.
