Overall it is good. Whenever there is frustration, I mainly feel it because I like the company and want it to be the best it can be in regards to performance and keeping the amazing talent it possesses. This company has a future and I really want to remain a part of it.

Even though we're remote we can find friendship and be there for each other.

We can see change, whether it be big or small. It says something that at least some feedback is considered and implemented.
