Working from home probably isnt the answer youre looking for here, but it's definitely the biggest perk in my opinion.

They're very open to new ideas and approaches. I never feel like my opinion is too small or that it will be overlooked if I give it.

The SBM leadership team has an openness that has always been refreshing to me. I think that paired with a culture of really listening to their employees and making sure they are heard is what keeps the SBM ship afloat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very fast paced, so there's rarely a dull moment. There's also a real sense of meritocracy at SBM, so when you do go above and beyond to do a good job, it's almost never overlooked or taken for granted
