What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a combination of things really the positive tone set by the executive team and how it echos down through the ranks.

The leadership team is laser focused on employee feedback and implementing change if needed. I also feel like they truly care about is as individuals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package has a lot to it, which I think is what makes it so great: besides competitive pay, we have professional development funding, a remote work allowance, health insurance and a good employer 401K match.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredibly smart and incredibly helpful. You might think a remote company would have more limited communication among employees, but it actually seems better here than in-office positions I've held. It's super flat, so you can just reach anyone almost instantly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A colleague randomly told our CEO that we should get a PTO day on our birthday. He says, "that's a really great idea," and not long after, eight hours show up in everyone's PTO bank. Just like that--and there are a million SmartBug stories like this.
