Being able to work with different brands and having the flexibility to grow in my role/career, while also never having to worry about missing an important personal/life event.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Considering we are a 100% remote company, I still feel as close to my team as I would in an office environment, and we have plenty of opportunities to collaborate with one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent, encouraging and set clear goals/objectives. I also feel like they not only care about me and my development as an employee, but they also care about me and my family on a personal level.
