The team members are all open and welcoming. They are also always willing to answer questions and provide support whenever needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team treats us all like family members and is transparent regarding goals and financial conditions. They include the entire company in many major decisions and are eager to support and participate in personal well-being. Work-life balance here is truly practiced.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair and dependable. I have made more, and I have made less in similar roles at other agencies, but the work-life balance and true flexibility here, at SmartBug Media, is a huge part of the value I look at when considering the compensation.
