I am able to work alongside a diverse and talented group of people. We all have great relationships and respect for one another and it really feels like we are here to support each other and our clients. I do not feel a sense of burn-out that plagues so many agencies.

Working with an extremely talented group of people with diverse backgrounds from all over the world is extremely rewarding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation has a commission component which is fair yet challenging. I am monetarily rewarded for the work I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is 100% there to support me if I have a question. I never feel judged or belittled for asking a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team cares about me as a person. They are more interested in my happiness and wellbeing than anything else. Additionally, they are extremely transparent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture promotes quality of life and work-life balance. Being able to work remotely and adjust my schedule to fit with my life without judgment is unique and special.
