They are incredibly smart and I learn from them every single day. Plus they are always pushing me to be my best self since they are constantly improving their marketing skills.

They are willing to help no matter what! They care for me as a person and a friend, not just a co-worker. Plus they are incredibly talented and I learn from Them on a daily basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everything really! I love what SmartBug stands for, its values and people which it's reflected in many different ways throughout our day/week. I love how I feel so close to everyone even though I've never met them in person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are another one of us! When I first joined SmartBug I was scared to work alongside such talented and well-known individuals but I quickly found out they are willing and eager to listen to everyone's ideas and treat even the most entry-level employee as a peer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How we are all encouraged to share our thoughts and ideas through our Zoom channels. I love how conversations spike up around diversity and culture through our different DEI initiatives. The DEI team has done an amazing job at creating activities and initiatives to keep everyone involved.
