We care about each other on a deeper level, which is incredible given we work remote.

How they allow for autonomy across the team, putting trust in others to get the job done.

Everyone is so dang smart - I am learning every day - finally surrounded by a group of likeminded marketers.

We're friends, then colleagues. I know my team better then I have at any other company, and that's really saying something for a fully remote workforce.

I work with some of the smartest marketers in the industry - they know more than anyone I've ever worked with before about inbound marketing and HubSpot!

They care deeply about the success of our people, including the work they do and the career paths they're on. They lead by example and use Radical Candor as a basis for our culture of leadership.

Our leadership team invests a ton of time, process and resources into our company to give us team members what we need to succeed. They built a culture around freedom, flexibility and accountability, making work really fun!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that a part of my comp is attached to the success of our company, and I am fairly evaluated on it. This keeps me motivated and is fun to earn my bonus on a quarterly basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy at work once I see all our hard work go live, whether its a small as launching a new email signature for the team or producing a major event. It's so awarding to feel that "just finished" feeling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how many different areas of interest everyone has. There's constant chatter going on in our chats, and I love checking in to see what everyone's up to. I feel surrounded by the smartest, most creative marketers I have ever been around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how friendly, comfortable, fun and reliable my team is. I hop on calls with them all day long and feel like we have the smoothest transition from checking in on each other to make sure we're all good, to digging in on projects for real-time collaboration.
