We work together and celebrate each others wins and learn from each others losses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Don't feel there is a best part - the salary seems fair, although our benefits are lacking. Specifically healthcare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their transparency. We have quarterly meetings where we share growth, goals, wins & losses - the transparency is refreshing.

They listen to their team and set up structures to be sure they hear feedback from everyone from the bottom to the top. They provide insight with monthly updates and are always accessible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not competitive nor is it comprehensive based on place of living. Additionally, the medical benefits are not great. The only reason I'd leave is for better pay. I'd never dream of leaving if we were paid more and received better benefits.
