The joking around on some of our Zoom chat channels as well as the willingness to help others within the organization.

Transparency, they give us the authority to make the right judgment calls. They genuinely care about us ad individuals, people, and team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though I've never met the vast majority of these people, they are becoming some of my closest friends and confidants. We see each other daily through video which makes you feel that you're working right alongside of them.
