Everyday and week is riddled with new challenges to overcome for clients. I love to learn and encourage my brain to creatively solve problems. Overall SmartBug has fostered my marketing knowledge to function at a higher pace and change gears quickly to adapt to different client landscapes.

Being a SmartBug is one of the best jobs I have had by far (and I have worked some pretty amazing places). The employees are great, genuine and always willing to learn and step up to the plate for a challenge. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now!

Overall, everyone is excited to be a part of the team and do everything they can to make the work day as seamless as possible.

All the one on one time I spent with managers, they really had a chance to get to know me and ensure it was a good fit!

There is always a solution to any problem and at the end of the day, stress can be left at the door. Its encouraged to distance yourself from work and enjoy your life.
