I become a SmartBug rather recently, but came from another competition agency, and I can ablsoultey say this agency has their stuff together! They have clearly communicated processes, set up and strong mgt levels, and a vision for their future that the whole company embraces.

I have been nothing but excited about being here at SmartBug! I love the team I work with, I love the prospects I am talking with, and being a part of the #1 agency in our space! The ELT is open and listens to feedback, making fast changes to improve.

The openness and sharing of communication channels in zoom make it easy to connect with coworkers on many subjects.

Being in sales, taking calls from prospects who know who we are leads to our #1 Elite partner status and makes my connection to them stronger from the first conversation/

The candor and transparency is REAL. They strive to be the best by creating teams with the best people. It's an honor to work the best in our industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The shift to rounding out the ELT here over the last 5 months has been exciting to watch! I love the diversity of the team and their willingness to do what is best for the bug's and our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a member of the sales team, it does not always feel that organizational goals and our compensation are aligned. As well as there is no room for growth within the department with the most recently updated model of our team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way everyone consistently goes out of their way for each other is amazing!! The HR and ELT have done a great job hiring for fit and I truly am so thankful for every encounter I have with Bug's in every department.
