Providing ongoing education through monthly training sessions, consistent communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home. I can work well in my own space and take breaks when I need to. If I'm not feeling great, I can step away for an hour and come back ready to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work-life-integration. It keeps people balanced and ready to put in the work when it needs to get done. Also, Zoom chat interactions since we don't have an office space. People appreciate having the social interaction with their coworkers.
