Smashburger Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get really good benefits from the company

The pay rate is the best part so far.

Review from Customer Success Dept

We are offered 401K with the company.

They take care of you if you get hurt and your medical care

Average for the industry and experience

Review from Operations Dept

They pay better than other comparably similar jobs.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

from them not making me feel to welcomed

More understanding of how they affect our personnel lives

Review from Operations Dept

I know and feel like a hardest worker here and most reliable hardly ever late im running around doing multiple tasks when i clock on because the previous shift doesnt do what theyre supposed to

If you want anytime of advancement in this company you either have to have come from 5 Guys Burgers and Fries with Josh Rivera, or you have to have sexual relations with Josh Rivera to adcance here.

Better pay and more benefits

There is no benefits for employees only managers even though on the job listing it says there is.

their increasing prices on the menu but wages are not being increased. their lying about how much we make annually

The general managers in this company are not taken care of properly and its due to profits within the company. We would like to see a pay raise

I really don't know about my benefits or stock.

The 401K should be available for under 21. Im running my store but since Im 20 I cant get the 401K benefits

The bosses have no respect for the workers rime

If the manager gave me better shift and treated me fairly i was told to take out garabe right in thr misdle Of setting up a burger on mt second day of trainging

Ive been used a bit with having to do a lot more than my position is supposed to

Getting time off and breaks

I worked at smashburger for 2.25 years & never even made it to shift lead. When I started working in smashburger in Texas I was offered a shift lead position within the first 2 weeks of working there, but never received that offer throughout the entirety of my career at smashburger. APATHY FOR DAYS!
