Being more professional and being aware of what goes on at store level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a good time overall and we are able to laugh and be upbeat at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with a few different managers and was hired on the spot. All paperwork was filled out and I was all set to start working immediately.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more responsible and show up to work. Be more aware of customers and the reason that they are there is not to socialize with each other but to make the customer experience a great one ensuring that they will bring repeat business and the company will thrive and they will keep workin
