This is the first job I have had that actually felt like a career. My experience from over a decade of being here reinforces that belief as I've been given many opportunities to better myself and my career, so in turn I also feel like I am valued here as well.

I've been with Smith for over a decade, and during that time I have been given numerous opportunities for advancement. I started in an entry level position and have worked my way up but I have always felt like my contributions were valued and rewarded.

I really like that we are a casual enviroment but very professional in our work ethic.

They have done the job of those that they manage, they understand the roles of other employees very well.

My team really pulls together to help each other when needed; often I see them jump in and help without even being asked.

From my experience, managers take the time to get to know their employees. It feels like a family business more than a corporate job.

Everyone, including management, is very approachable. If you run into a problem it is very likely that they will be able to help with a solution.

The leadership team has done the job that they ask their employees to do. This allows them to have great insight and relativistic expectations to the daily challenges.

There is not one person on my current team that I do not believe deserves to be there. I can learn from everyone of them and they are very approachable.

They are extemely knowledable about the industry we are in but also are extremely well versed in all the aspects of what it takes to complete the job at all levels.

I value getting feedback on my work and seeing my projects come together. Often this relies on cooperation from other employees and departments and they always seem willing to help .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Smith rewards and incentivizes hard work. I've never felt like my efforts were not recognized by my manager. I've also been offered raises and promotions at a very fair pace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works very close together and we lean on eachother to complete our goals. I feel like they are there for me when I need them and I think they know I am there for them as well.
