What is the best part about your compensation package?
The maternity leave policy is great (for America), and our insurance is really good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are flexible and willing to adjust expectations according to new data. They are also nice, encouraging, and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like my ideas and contributions are valued, and that value is proven by additional responsibilities, promotions, and bonus/raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is not a lot of turnover in my department, so we are a group of people who've worked together for many years. We know each other well and how to best interact with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department has flex/WFH schedules. Not only is it better for my productivity personally, it's also reassuring to know that I work for a progressive company that keeps up with the times. Smith does an excellent job making everyone feel connected, despite lockdowns, global time zones, & schedules.
