Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

ANother person on my team, same work experience, gets paid more and gets to work from home.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

nothing really going right now, we usually hear about bonus this time of the year but haven't heard a peep, or about possible raise

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

not much, i mean i can see the accounting/marketing floor and always nice and empty, must be nice to still get to work from home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

been here 6 years and only 2 raises, and 1 promotion. would be great that my salary was as higher than the new hires

What are some of the best things about your team?

We get along. I know that a few will help me out oncw i leave for the day, others i know not to relay on.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My base salary should be higher, i have been a buyer for 24 years and counting and new buyers with no experience are making a higher salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

my current base salary is the starting salary at a new company and i have been here for 7 yrs, smith way under pays their older employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

for the amount of years of experience and my work ethnic here i should be way higher base salary as other buyers at this company that do less work than I

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

my yearly salary is way undervalued compared to nationwide average, especially with Inflation i cannot survive or support my family. If i was paid accurate and accordingly i would feel better

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

use to be that i got to park under the roof now i can't even do that due to the electric vehicles, and the summers are brutal for us that come in daily

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

nothing... there is work to do i guess that's positive.. But not allowing everyone to choose if we can do hybrid or wfh, like so many others here are already doing is not fair at all.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

well, as of today , we can not see half of the info we need to do our jobs correctly, so I guess i just feel not supported or respected of me to do a good job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

no favoritism, acknowledge hard workers, allow hardworkers that do work better from home the opportunity to work from home while other folks that do it, are quite literally just traveling the world on while they should be working.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Gas gift cards would be great. But knowing that the new hires make more than me is not great and they seem to be lazier and no one gets onto them while the veterns have to overwork themselves even during pto time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

None interns got special treatment while veterns had to watch, gee thanks. Having to come into the office while others get to work from home, why are they special? I would love to save $100 a week on gas. Even hybrid work from home would be great. Sales get treated like kings, when buyers aren't

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Salaries, all bew employees have such higher salaries than current veterans we need a big raise too to support and achieve our life goals. Work/life balance would be great, sales do not respect time off for buyers. Work from home a few days a week would do wonders for our moral and get us upbeat.
