Our team Manager, leads with the example, she really cares about each member and she's always open to hear our ideas and support our professional growth.

I like to have close interaction with all of my co-workers and leaders as well, as it gives us the opportunity to get to know us better and communicate better as a team.

They care a lot about everyone in the office, they're very understanding, and also very well prepared, I've been learning a lot from them during my time here at Smith. I am very greatful I found this opportunity.
