I have started to work as inspector but never changed since I am here. I have asked several times to have an opportunity to have another roles or positions but never got considered by people who is in charge and not allowing to do it. My passion and ambitious in this company is gone unfortunately..
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fairness, less gossip about people, discriminating one from another. No pointing behind the people. Be better at your job, don't bid excuses that does not exist so basically work fair and together without making a trouble out of nowhere.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More space, more interaction, development at different departments if you don't have a thing to do. Do follow smart goals that has been said beginning of the year. Get rid of people who doesn't fit this work environment. Because they think only their benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You give and you get, these words does not match. How much you work how much you get right? but it's not happening. I think what's wrong is not the right question. I deny it respectfully. because nothing is wrong. Company has to improve payments monthly/yearly fairness to the employees. new and old.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is not taking advantage but empowering, they should not say 'I' they should say 'we' as a team but I don't see a leadership. I see a Boss as I like to see a leader in this company but I don't see a leader so I cannot say that leadership team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no fair compensation in this company when you hire a new employee, you should be fair also with your current employee then they won't leave the company which you invested them time. I'd like to see higher compensation. I have so many opportunities to get as I am valuable in the industry.
