I had to fight for it but finally received a compensation . which for my experience is still quite low but I am grateful .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Is open for changes and ideas but especially offering what I would like to do . I think that you are a leader if you offer people to grow together with the company. And I can be myself normal and down to earth. everyone is equal . I am very happy to work with my manager.
