What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and try to see from different perspectives. They help when necessary but at the same time motivate you do your own thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like salary is not in line with inflation rate, especially for a position for little possibility to earn bonuses, as well benefits are not that much - only covers my cheapest gym membership, my travel expenses don't get fully covered, Snacks, drinks are poor in our office
