Learning how to capture business in new ways, finding new leads, and building business with my colleagues

Almost all of the leadership team is readily accessible for conversation, not a lot of hoops to jump through to get access to them.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Working with intelligent, driven teammates from all over the world has been very rewarding and pushes my own goals and standards. Learning new perspectives and finding ways to collaborate has been very rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie and candor amongst peers. Many of us within the same tenure and age grouping see each other as future leaders within the company. Having those like minded peers and having a lane to achieve that level of success is rare.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding ways to say 'yes'. Whether it is with a customer and finding them parts, building some kind of a program to suit the needs of a large organization, or building a strategy with other team members, that's what keeps the day moving and exciting.
